Openings weekdays 9am-1pm. If you feel isolated, not understood, overwhelmed, struggling with anxiety, depression, loss, self-esteem, life changes, strained relationships and want to be understood and have a trained expert who cares there to help create more insights and be with you. I'm a non-judgmental supportive strength-based therapist who tailors sessions to help my clients meet their goals. I've been told I'm an "old soul," intuitive, and genuine. I love my job and very honored to listen & help. I use the scientific method; feel free to ask more in free consultation.
