Hello there...I'm an experienced therapist with a large "tool kit." This enables me to tailor therapy to YOU, since no single approach works for all problems and all people. I've been trained in Gestalt therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, NET (Neuro-emotional technique), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), family therapy and EFFT (Emotion Focused Family Therapy), and hypnosis.
With the above-mentioned "tool kit," I'm comfortable working on a wide range of human problems and issues. I can work with individuals, families and couples and I'm familiar with a wide range of presenting problems - i.e. depression, trauma, anxiety, separation and individuation, self esteem issues, pain management, smoking cessation.
I have always maintained a limited private practice because I have also experienced a life-long dedication to providing state-of-the-art treatment in community settings. I'm very comfortable working with a multi-cultural and diverse range of clients.
