Suppose you’re struggling with life transitions, anxiety, depression, looking for accountability to reach your goals, or support with finding yourself and gaining self-esteem. In that case, we can work together to create a plan that is attainable and meets your needs.
My approach is informal, and I like to think I provide a safe space where you can feel free to be yourself when working with me. My training is in Adlerian theory, however, I do adapt my approach based on what your needs are to reach your goals.
