My name is Judith Rosenberg. I am a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience in community leadership development and strong skills in dealing with trauma. I especially enjoy working with women to navigate life transitions. My ideal client has a strong desire to improve their life and is willing to work for it. They may be suffering greatly and may have already tried many approaches to relieve their suffering, but now they are motivated to change.
As a mature therapist with more than 3 decades of experience I bring a wealth of life lessons to my work. I have extensive experience helping people with past and present trauma, from child abuse and domestic violence as well as from war and refugee experiences. I have been a somatic therapist for 15+ years and find that extremely helpful to people.
I am a very practical person and I engage with my clients in finding solutions to their pressing and persistent issues in life. Our sessions are interactive and conversational, exploring past experiences but with a focus on change in the present.
