My treatment specializes in trauma and attachment challenges using innovative models along with traditional talk therapy. Problems stemming from trauma and attachment issues cover a wide range of experiences and include depression, anxiety, panic, low self-esteem, helplessness, relationship conflicts, feeling stuck, difficulties making decisions, and feeling unsafe in the world and your body.
In addition to the models mentioned, I now offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP). Ketamine shifts the brain into a more open and receptive state, allowing one to interrupt old, ruminative patterns, increase cognitive flexibility, and become open to new learning and growth.
