The unfolding of the Self, our true nature, is a natural and universal process. I have been guiding people in this process for over 30 years using an integrative approach to psychotherapy with individuals, couples, and groups. I provide a safe and caring space for each person's healing and personal growth process. In addition to traditional counseling and psychotherapy, Psychosynthesis is the basic therapeutic approach within which I have included experiential techniques such as EMDR, energy psychology, meditation, interactive imagery and dream work.
Psychosynthesis is a comprehensive approach in which problems become opportunities for self-understanding, healing and growth on many levels-physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and interpersonal. The process of Psychosynthesis invites a deeper awareness of one's authentic Self and the ability to act from conscious choice.
Limiting personality patterns and unconscious blocks to growth may be transformed. People often experience increasing integration of the personality and alignment with one's inner wisdom, inspiration, creativity, and a greater sense of meaning in life.
