I am a licensed Marriage Family Therapist and am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for everyone while they explore their possibilities. My personal style is clear, empathic, understanding and respectful. I view life problems through a dynamic, family therapy orientation using clarity, insight and awareness for change.
I bring to my work my extensive experience as a parent, educator, counselor, partner, daughter, athlete and woman. I often help people experiencing depression or anxiety; grief and loss; stress or trauma and I especially enjoy working with couples and believe that, "Deeply Loving Relationships Are Created - Not Discovered".
