Therapy is a very personal process, which can be conducted in many different ways. Therapy is a learned process in which you come to better understand yourself and your relationships so that you may learn to handle situations more successfully. As a therapist, I believe my role is to help you develop the ability to skillfully address life issues rather than simply give you advice or tell you what to do, but to assist you in clarifying thoughts, feelings, goals and ideas. I believe our work will help you develop skills you can continue to use in the future.
With 20+ years of experience working with a variety of issues and concerns such as, anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, family issues, divorce and sexual abuse. I have specialized training with forensic population and victims of crime.
I look forward to discussing your concerns, areas of desired growth and empower you to live your life in a more fulfilling manner. I am available for evening appointments in addition to tele-psych services.
