About
I work with Women who are seeking help with Anxiety, Burnout, Perfectionism, Boundary Issues, Codependency, Imposter Syndrome, Narcissistic Abuse, Addiction, Grief, Divorce, or other Life Transitions. You may be feeling unsure about the future, a relationship you are in, or just feel that you're not living the life you were meant to lead. My passion is supporting Women who are seeking growth, self-discovery, and aligning to the highest-version of themselves. When working with me, you can expect an approach that is highly personalized to your personal growth, values, and the specific results you’re striving for.
I have extensive training in traditional psychotherapies, yet my approach is more Holistic and Transpersonal (Spiritual), Integrated, and Non-Pathologizing. I use a combination of Psychodynamic therapy with Shadow Work, ACT, IFS, Mindfulness, Hypnosis, Visualization, EMDR, EFT, and other skills to create deep & lasting change. I Support Medical Freedom.
My office is located in the Biltmore area and is a convenient commute for Phoenix and the surrounding areas. I am also able to provide online therapy in over 30 states - Please check out my webpage for more information about me and my practice. I Do NOT Accept Insurance.
