As a doctorate of Social Work (DSW) and Licensed Therapist/ Licensed Clinical Social Worker I have over 25 years of experience helping adolescents, young adults, adults, couples & families in various settings throughout Orlando and Central Florida. I have advanced training and experience treating a vast array of mental health concerns. I am also Master level certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), used to assist with trauma and high level emotional challenges. My eclectic and client-centered focus involves Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, a strengths-based approach, Somatic/Body-Focused approach, healing stories, Polyvagal Theory, and so much more throughout the therapeutic process. I am highly trained in various modalities focusing on interpersonal growth, relationships, life choices, and identity challenges.
My extensive professional experience has included work in residential treatment, the Juvenile Justice System, foster care, middle & high schools, community mental health services and private practice. Various positions include direct therapy, supervision/clinical director, and serving as an adjunct professor at UCF School of Social Work.
