My approach is client-centered, relational, and depth-oriented. I offer a compassionate space where we can explore what feels most important to you for your healing and transformation. I'm certified in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Brainspotting, approaches we can integrate if they feel supportive to your process.
Over time, you will feel more connected to yourself, stronger in your relationships, and clear about your boundaries and needs.
