For over 25 years, I have helped people identify what stands in the way of them giving and receiving the love they want and the life success they desire. If you are exhausted from trying, or the one most hurt, I can help you focus on what's within your control to change situations.
We might focus on the present, making small, incremental changes that move you forward. Or examine your self-talk, altering destructive thinking patterns that negatively influence your behavior. Sometimes attending to the underlying emotions around your interactions opens up hearts and communication. You will leave with a toolkit for improvement!
Clients tell me I am down-to-earth, practical, direct, and have an excellent sense of humor. I do listen but also give feedback that can be immediately put to use. Happily married 41 years and raised two successful adult children. My dog Ray-Ray attends sessions upon client request.
