I have been in practice for more than 25 years. I have a tremendous respect for the analytic process and for the individuals who are courageous enough to explore their emotional lives. I work with individuals, couples and families. Psychotherapy enables people to have a clear understanding of the themes and patterns in their lives. Having an awareness of our internal life, enables us to grow and create a sense of self.
I am a Certified Psychoanalyst however, I have an integrative approach to therapy. The relationship between the client and therapist is an intregal part of the therapy. The work empowers individuals to make better choices and feel more in control of their lives.
