About
Is your child or teen struggling with academic, behavioral, social, or emotional issues? There may be a need for additional support and redirection to get through these challenges which affect the whole family. Therapy can be life-changing as it provides the skills to help us meet these challenges successfully. I have provided therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families for over 30 years. With a wide variety of therapeutic experience, I have been helping people solve their problems and accomplish their goals as well as improve the quality of their lives. I provide a warm, supportive environment.
My specialties include child, adolescent, and adult issues, stress, anxiety and panic, depression, low self-esteem, grief, also parenting and relationship issues. My treatment approach is eclectic based on cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, supportive, short-term, family, and play therapies. I provide psycho-education to help people understand their issues better.
