With a wide variety of therapeutic experience, I have been helping people solve their problems and accomplish their goals as well as improve the quality of their lives. My specialties include child, adolescent, and adult issues, stress, anxiety and panic, depression, low self-esteem, grief, also parenting and relationship issues. My treatment approach is eclectic based on cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, supportive, short-term, family, and play therapies. I provide psycho-education to help people understand their issues better.
