Hello, my name is Judy Hart. I have been a licensed mental health therapist since 2008. I believe that each person has the strength within themselves to grow and change through life's challenges and losses. I specialize in grief therapy, anxiety, mood disorders, and life transitions. My therapeutic focus is on individual therapy with adolescents 16-18, emerging adults 18-26, adults, and adults in later years.
