Judith Spendelow, PsyD: I am a licensed Psychologist with the Denver Center for Relational Healing. My ideal clients feel out of balance and harmony with themselves, or with their partner. They have trouble coordinating different aspects of themselves and their relationship(s), so that needs are met satisfactorily, They see themselves as a wholistic person, and recognize that body, mind and spirit work together within them to create and heal their experiences. While they may feel "stuck" at times, they are willing to look at what their role can be to facilitate "getting unstuck!"
I have completed a 3-year Master Class in Encounter-Centered Couples Therapy. I am a Certified Imago Therapist and am fully trained with Terry Real's Relational Life Institute. I utilize and integrate techniques from various therapeutic and energy modalities, including Psych-K and EMDR, for use in emotional release and trauma reduction.
I facilitate people in "updating their operating systems" and reprogramming their limiting subconscious beliefs through the use of PSYCH-K. This approach allows my clients to "break-through" to new growth in areas such as raising self-esteem, improving relationships, and meeting professional goals that have previously eluded them.
