Do you feel stuck in your thoughts—constantly overthinking, worrying, or on edge? Maybe you’re struggling with anger, irritability, or patterns in your relationships that feel hard to break. You might even find it difficult to get out of bed or feel motivated day to day. If any of these resonate you’re not alone—and change is possible. I work with adults navigating anxiety, anger management, stress, and self-esteem challenges. Many of my clients come to me for support with relationships and family concerns, while others are looking to incorporate their faith into the healing process. I offer online therapy throughout Florida.
My approach is integrative, meaning I tailor therapy to your unique needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all method. I often draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while also incorporating psychoeducation, practical tools, and a Christian perspective when desired. Together, we’ll identify patterns, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
