If you are struggling with issues that prevent you from being as happy as you would like, I can help. For over 35 years, I have specialized in working with children and adolescents, as well as adults and couples. I utilize play therapy with young children and look to their parents as partners in treatment. With older children and adolescents, I use various approaches depending on their emotional development and issues. For those of us a bit older, life transitions including college, marriage, becoming a parent and loss can be stressful, but also create opportunities for growth.
Together, we will look at the history and choices that have helped you become the person you are now. We will use that information to examine the aspects of yourself you would like to think about and deal with differently.
My office is conveniently located 3 blocks from the Silver Spring Metro, and there is a public parking garage behind my office. I am 2 blocks north of the AFI Silver theater. I look forward to speaking with you.
