I am a marriage and family therapist licensed in California in 1988. I have a master's degree in family therapy and a PhD in depth psychology. Even though my practice is based in Fresno, California, I work with clients throughout the state via Telehealth. It is my intention to be helpful in assisting you to reach your goals.
My therapy approach is a combination of family therapy and Jungian-Archetypal Psychology to help adults find relief from relationship challenges and support to be their best selves. Both ways focus on helping one's relationships with others and oneself to do better and thrive.
Helping clients feel safe is my first priority. I recognize that time is required to build trust to share deeply held emotions and memories. I find that my calm, nonjudgmental style helps people relax and be able to work on what is most important to them.
