I have a unique, interdisciplinary background as a seasoned and compassionate holistic psychotherapist (individual, couples, family), divorce/family mediator, child specialist, and divorce coach. I view and treat patients as whole people, integrating Psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, wellness, and Buddhist principles into a tailored holistic approach. Together, these approaches help patients understand and change how their thoughts and emotions impact their behavior. As a mediator, child specialist, and divorce coach, I am committed to helping people avoid court and resolve their differences sensibly and compassionately. I am passionate about minimizing the negative effects of divorce and separation by fostering effective coparenting.
I use a holistic approach (nutrition, psychodynamic, health, CBT, DBT, wellness, Buddhism) to help patients become more aware of how their thoughts and emotions lead to unwanted behaviors and help them develop tools to use in the moment to break the behavioral pattern. This approach really works!

Groups
Eating Disorders Support Group

We meet once a week for 90 minutes to discuss issues and challenges relating to living with an eating disorders, incorporating tools such as DBT, CBT, and Buddhism. We also read relevant books (e.g., Buddhist, assertiveness, schemas) and relate these concepts to the personal challenges that came up during the week. It's a very supportive group that has been going for about 5 years. Please contact me if you're interested! There may be a spot open, as people do leave occasionally.
