Are you feeling stuck in life? Are you feeling stuck due to outside events beyond your control (work, finances, health, traumatic events, abuse) or perhaps inner conflicts (anxiety, depression, substance abuse)? Are your needs being met emotionally, socially, material and basic needs? Often times we end up feeling "stuck", due to prioritizing ourselves last - and asking ourselves, "How did I get to this place?" My goal is to work myself out of a job with you - your goal is empowerment, joy, liberation and freedom to embrace and live your life as you are meant to.
Hi! I'm Judy and I have a multi-disciplined background to add to my role as a clinical therapist that has provided foundational knowledge in working with individuals and families who have experienced grief and trauma in their lifetime. I enjoy working with individuals ages 5 to 105 from all walks of life.
I hope to meet you soon! My mantra is "I will not fix you, because you are not broken. I will walk by your side until you remember your light." I would be delighted to walk with you on your journey. I offer an unconditional, warm and welcoming space, because I feel shame dies when stories are told in safe spaces.
