I specialize in working with people struggling with trauma, grief, a loss of self-esteem/confidence, difficult relationships, and life transitions. With over 30 years’ experience as a licensed therapist, I know how to get to the root of issues quickly.

I offer a safe, accepting, judgment-free environment and believe effective therapy is a collaborative endeavor between the therapist and client. Whether the need is short term therapy for adjustment to life transitions or longer term therapy for more persistent or complex issues, counseling can have a positive, lasting impact.

I work from a strengths based approach and use a variety of treatment modalities and techniques specific to the needs of each client. Beginning with the first session, I will give you tools and strategies to help bring you relief, renewed purpose, and hope.
