I specialize in integrative therapy, my approach is to address the individual holistically through traditional talk therapy combined with various therapeutic modalities such as art therapy, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, EMDR, and nutrition. The focus is on the client's needs and designing a treatment plan collaboratively, that will lead to success and ultimate change. My specialties include: anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, substance abuse/dependency, recovery, family/codependency, and women's issues. I believe the goals of therapy are to help to empower individuals to find healing and meaning in their lives.
My intention is to create a warm, safe, and welcoming space, that will allow each individual to take the courageous step to enter therapy. It is a collaborative process of working together and to embrace the process of both discovery and healing, one step and one day at a time.
