Not accepting new clients
**NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS** Judi provides counseling to individuals ages 13 through adulthood with special focuses on women's issues and issues faced in adolescence. Judi's areas of treatment include anxiety and mood disorders, trauma, adults overcoming childhood sexual abuse, chronic illness, life transitions, divorce recovery, grief and loss, and those in recovery from spiritual and religious abuse. With a strong background working in schools, Judi works closely with families and schools to address school-based challenges, educational difficulties, and support parents.
Using a trauma-informed approach, Judi customizes treatment to fit her client's needs. She draws from several approaches, which often include cognitive, behavioral, solution-focused, insight-oriented techniques and trauma-specific interventions, such as EMDR. Judi helps clients identify and work through the barriers that keep clients from being their best.
By providing space where clients feel their experiences are honored, respected, and accepted, Judi helps her clients overcome the emotional barriers that keep people from living life fully. Judi's clients use hope, humor, empowerment, and resiliency while learning additional skills to manage their lives and the challenges they face.
