Do you find it difficult to let go of painful feelings and unhealthy reactions even when you understand their roots? Are you anxious or on guard as you try to protect yourself even when you feel you *should* be happy? Sometimes overwhelming experiences get stuck in our bodies, and continue to determine our emotions, behaviors, and relationship styles despite our best efforts. Through a nurturing and interactive approach, I help individuals, families and groups shift out of these stuck places to create deep and lasting change.

I use humor, warmth, and curiosity to support your innate ability to heal and recover from unsettling experiences. My practice incorporates Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Mindfulness, alongside more traditional approaches to therapy to support healing and change.
In addition to my work with adults, I have expertise and passion for working with children, teens, and families. I offer parent consultations and coaching to help support the parent-child relationship. I welcome the chance to work with you as create loving relationships with yourself and within your family and find the peace you have been seeking.
