I am skilled in helping couples listen with curiosity rather than react in the "same old way", more deeply understand each other, reach forgiveness or acceptance, and open up possibilities regarding desire and intimacy. Helping families struggling to coparent post-divorce, or with breakdowns in relationships with adult children is a strength of mine.
As a seasoned psychotherapist I have witnessed the power of community, creating art, yoga, pilgrimage, aliveness to the natural world and one's own spiritual journey to inform and transform clients' lives.
