I am a counselor who works with individuals and couples seeking support for anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges among other issues. I approach therapy with the belief that meaningful change happens when clients feel understood, challenged with compassion, and empowered to reconnect with their sense of self. I strive to create a therapeutic space that is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and grounded in authenticity.
In my practice, I utilize both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) techniques. These evidence-based approaches allow me to help clients develop practical coping strategies, build emotional regulation skills, and challenge unhelpful thought patterns.
Each session strengthens my passion for counseling and deepens my understanding of the therapeutic process. My goal is to continue developing my skills so that I can provide compassionate, effective support and empower clients to reach their full potential.
