I do put my heart into my work as a Clinical Social Worker/Therapist. I greet you where you are at, walk alongside you as you journey through your life, and help you gain useful coping tools to navigate your way. It is important for me to create space for you to feel comfortable and be open. I want you to reach your goals, feel my support and compassion, know you are safe and can feel at home. My private practice JD's Midlife Tools For Living Practices LLC, provides therapy services healing the mind, body and spirit!
My specialties include assisting adults age 25 and up who are coping with: Anxiety,​ PTSD/Trauma, Depression, Substance Abuse, Grief/Loss, Life Transitions, Family Member(s) with Substance Abuse, Other Mental Health Disorders, Long Haul Covid, And day to day life challenges in an ever-changing world!
