Specializing in helping adolescents and adults recover from past trauma, manage anxiety, and deal with depression, I work with each person and their unique circumstances. The goal for all clients is to instill hope for a brighter future.
I work with a fantastic group of professionals at Compassionate Minds Therapy, conveniently located in Miracle Hills off 114th and Dodge. I graduated from the University of Washington in Seattle, specializing in children, youth, and families. My undergraduate degrees in Social Work and Psychology were from Creighton University.
