Judatha provides a confidential relationship and compassionate expertise to help you heal and grow through loss, fear, mental pain, and trauma. She will support you in tapping into your innate capacity to heal and to experience greater joy and compassion for yourself and others.

Judatha works with individual adults, couples, and veterans. She treats mood, anxiety, and relational problems using a psychodynamic approach. She also employs mindfulness/meditation, cognitive-behavioral, internal family systems, and narrative psychotherapy interventions, and she welcomes racially diverse and LGBTQ+ adults and couples into her practice.

Judatha believes that healing and change happen all the time. These arise through increased understanding and empathy for ourselves and others, a-ha moments about the nature of trauma, the mind, and relationship, and a commitment to practice new habits of mind and behavior that decrease suffering and uncover our innate capacity for joy.
