I also believe in helping athletes learn and understand the importance of mental strength to enhance performance through personal growth and finding fulfillment in their experiences. Through discovery, acceptance and nurturing, we can get there together.
I use a cognitive-behavioral approach, working with individuals, couples and families in identifying the root of dysfunctional behavior and working to identify the necessary changes needed to lead and live a fruitful life.
It is my belief that individuals have what they need to get through life's mishaps and circumstances but sometimes just need a helping hand in navigation.
