My approach to therapy is structured, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Trust-Based Relational Interventions (TBRI) and trauma-informed interventions to support meaningful progress.

I will ask questions to gather important background information so we can develop a thoughtful and personalized treatment plan.
