I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and owner of Gardenia Counseling Services, LCSW, PLLC. My background is working with clients who experience anxiety, depression, disruptive behaviors, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and trauma. I use an eclectic mix of modalities to meet each client’s unique needs. These include; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-Based, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy.
My therapeutic approach is to provide a warm, direct, supportive and action oriented therapy to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I work from a collaborative, strengths-based approach; assisting and supporting clients to be the author of their own lives.

I believe that clients are the authors of their own lives and therapy is a safe place to grow, learn and achieve shared goals.
