I believe in being kind to a person while being tough on a disorder. I want to help people with OCD overcome their struggles with a correct diagnosis and effective, evidence-based treatment. As a therapist, I see myself as a GPS unit. I am here to guide you in the right direction, but you're in the driver’s seat. At NOCD, my team and I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment for people with OCD. Our deep understanding of the nuances and intricacies of OCD enables us to properly diagnose and treat it. We have received intensive training in Exposure Response and Prevention Therapy (ERP)—the gold standard treatment for OCD.
When you start with NOCD Therapy, you’ll either work with me or be paired with one of my colleagues, depending on your preference and availability. We’ll work to get to know you and create a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve your goals.
