Much of my career has focused on working with adolescents and young people as they transition into adulthood. In addition, I have experience helping clients coping with addictions, parenting issues, & anger management. Helping clients to identify strategies to reach their goals is my objective. I want clients to work through their unique challenges and learn to manage their stressors to live healthy and productive lives.
I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Additionally, I have worked in school settings to address typical challenges that young people experience as they are trying to navigate the new responsibilities that come with transitioning into young adulthood.
