Navigating neurodivergence can be hard, especially for those of us with marginalized identities who, compared to others growing up, didn’t have enough or proper attention paid to the different ways our brains work. Maybe you’ve just found out that what you’ve been experiencing all your life is OCD, ADHD, or Autism and don't know what to do next; or maybe you’ve always suspected that you’re dealing with some form of neurodivergence, and are looking to finally invest time and energy into learning more.
