Welcome to my psychotherapy practice. I help people know themselves deeply and create the transformation they seek from within. I've helped my clients connect the dots and develop resources to improve their self-regulation, boundaries, and sense of self; renegotiate past traumatic experiences; strengthen relational communication and intimacy; enhance their body and emotional awareness; and increase spontaneity and self-expression. Through self-knowledge, I help people deactivate the external forces' grip and transform what they have internalized to support their authenticity and well-being.
My focus is to provide people with an integrative and holistic therapeutic service that is rooted in our therapeutic relationship, that is trauma-informed, and that deliberately integrates specific therapies (somatic, gestalt, systemic) to understand your needs better and help you develop the necessary resources and self-knowledge to support your process.
