My approach is rooted in a grounded and compassionate stance that meets each individual where they are. I work hard to establish a trusting working relationship founded in collaborative goal setting that helps guide our work together. I have training in CBT, TF-CBT, DBT and psychodynamic therapies and take an integrative approach to meet each person's needs.
