I offer couples intensives, ADHD evaluations, and individual counseling for adults. My work integrates frameworks such as CBT, DBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, and other evidence-based approaches that promote empowerment, healthy communication, trust-building, and deeper emotional connections.

I'm part of the team at Santos Counseling and I am in-network with UHC/Optum, Aetna, BCBS/Anthem, Cigna, Medcost, and Carolina Behavioral Health Alliance (CBHA).
