Each session covers a key principle, offering practical tools to deepen intimacy, improve communication, and build a stronger partnership. This group is ideal for couples looking to improve their relationship. Whether you’ve been married for years or are newlyweds, this supportive and interactive group will equip you with the tools to build a fulfilling and resilient marriage. Online Group - Starts 2/17 - We meet monthly from 10 AM to 11 AM for 8 weeks. The curriculum is designed to guide participants through key concepts of varying mental health areas and foster meaningful discussions. The cost is $40 per meeting. This is a space for listening (no pressure if you do not want to speak), engaging in meaningful discussions, sharing insights, and fostering a supportive community focused on personal healing and growth.
