I work with adults and young adults dealing with anxiety, trauma, ADHD, relationship stress, family patterns, identity, and loneliness. My approach helps clients slow things down, understand what is really going on, and practice new ways of connecting.

I help people who feel anxious, disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in old patterns. My style is warm, honest, and collaborative. I use relational therapy, IFS-informed work, and experiential approaches to help you better understand yourself and your relationships.
