Would you like to thrive in your life, rather than just do your best to survive? We believe that most people routinely tolerate high levels of stress and begin to feel hopeless for far too long before they reach out for support. You could struggle from a change in sleep patterns, feeling overwhelmed, increased anxiety, fighting with family and friends, irritability most days, and feeling disconnected or unhappy with your life. In fact, many people try to survive life this way. We believe that even one of these symptoms is enough reason to seek support.
I am trained in EMDR, which is effective for targeting traumatic life events, addiction, grief, depression, anxiety, and other disturbing situations. I also tend to be very solution focused and strengths based, as I want to help my clients feel relief very quickly.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Love First Certified Clinical Interventionist who has been specializing in the field of addiction and mental health since 2008. I approach situations with care, seek to understand, avoid judgment, and make all attempts to empower my clients.

Groups
Intensive Outpatient (IOP) for Addiction

This IOP is different from a big treatment center. Our program, called The Recovery Society, is held in a private and discrete office setting where confidentiality is a priority. This is not a "class" to check off a box. Instead, this is a high quality, trauma informed program that provides a strong foundation to support your longterm recovery. Come see the difference our IOP offers. The group meets three times/week and lasts 8 weeks. This is a self pay program, so managed care insurance does not make decisions about your care. For more information, call 317-207-0117.
