English
| español If you're navigating the weight of trauma, PTSD, anxiety, or depression, you might feel exhausted, stuck, or simply ready for something to change. You're not alone, healing is possible. I offer a compassionate, down-to-earth approach rooted in trust, collaboration, & empathy. This isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level advice. It’s about creating a space where you feel genuinely seen & supported as you work through the hard stuff. Together, we’ll explore the layers of your story, uncover what’s been holding you back, & gently move toward relief & healing. My goal is to help you feel more like yourself again whole, & empowered.
I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help identify & reshape unhelpful thought patterns, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to build emotional regulation & coping skills, and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT) to process and heal from past experiences. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices while honoring your pace, values, & lived experience.
You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. Sometimes the first step is simply allowing yourself to be supported. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or ready for something different, I invite you to reach out. We can take it one step at a time.
