With gratitude, I offer therapy and coaching for adults of all ages from the comfort of your own home. With intention, I provide a welcoming approach that honors diversity while incorporating traditional and holistic modalities of treatment. Providing a unique experience that draws from a blend of Somatic, EMDR, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness and more. Aim to provide a space where you can feel comfortable being fully authentic in order to feel confident in other settings. Through this journey you will also be provided with alternative perspectives that are rooted in trauma informed care.
