Healing is a sacred process and to be part of that is a great honor. With gratitude, I offer therapy for adults of all ages from the comfort of your own home. With intention, I provide a welcoming approach that honors diversity while incorporating traditional and holistic modalities of treatment. Some describe themselves as empaths, sensitives ... together we will explore practices that honor your mind, body and belief system while identifying areas to grow and expand your strengths.
Providing a unique experience that draws from a blend of modalities including EMDR, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness and more. Aim to provide a space where you can feel comfortable being fully authentic in order to feel confident in other settings. Through this journey you will also be provided with alternative perspectives that are rooted in trauma informed care.
