We all face life's challenges and can benefit from extra support from time to time. These struggles can cause a variety of feelings like anxiety, anger, loneliness and numbness. Having a safe place to help process your thoughts and emotions and to learn new skills is important for healing and growth. My passion is to empower people to find their voice, to recognize their needs and wants are important, and to collaborate with them towards the life they deserve.
I specialize in children and adolescents experiencing feelings of anxiety and depression. I work closely with parents and provide ongoing parent consultation, individual parenting sessions, and integrate family therapy. My solution-oriented approach includes mindful self-compassion, creative arts, real world application of tools, and trauma informed CBT.
