Through life experiences we often develop self-defeating beliefs that can interfere with our wellbeing, growth and relationships. My goal is to always help each client(s) pursue the definition of mental health which is, "Obtaining a psychological state of well being, characterized by continuing personal growth, a sense of purpose in life, self-acceptance, and positive relations with others". I am fluent in physical, emotional, and sexual trauma recovery as well as other challenging life issues and stressors.
As a Certified EMDR Therapist I help clients progress rapidly toward resolution of issues - which saves time and financial resources. This technique is highly effective in discovering, challenging and eliminating self-defeating beliefs - then replacing them with more life affirming beliefs. Personal coaching and life planning can also be utilized.

Life Coaching - Emotional Resilience
The Emotional Resilience Group is a 4 week introduction into developing Emotional Resilience. What is 'resilience?' and 'how can I develop increased resilience?' are topics to be covered. Resilience is going through challenges and landing on your feet rather than being anxious, depressed or overwhelmed. An assessment by the therapist is required before inclusion in this group. The group is organized on an as-needed basis. Please call for more information and/or to express interest. Class minimum is 6 attendees.
