I am an LCSW working as a Social Worker for the past twenty plus years. I have experience working with individuals, families, couples, and adolescents who are dealing with all types of stressful situations and issues. I can help decrease symptoms of depression and anxiety by working collaboratively with clients to improve quality of life, relationships, and improve overall functioning and outlook.
Life is not easy, we must navigate transitions and deal with competing demands. Whether it is an adolescents facing adulthood, marital and/or parenting challenges, work/life burnout, employment/retirement stress, aging/medical issue, caregiver fatigue, or another difficult situation I can help by providing individualized client focused support and treatment.
