Group curriculum addresses: Lifespan trauma, anxiety, depression, family violence, obsessive thinking and behavior, toxic coping strategies and more Wednesdays 6p-7p Thursdays Noon Saturdays 1p-2p All groups are Virtual or In office Most insurance with the exception of Medicare and Medicaid will pay for groups, please check to ensure your insurance will pay.
