About
Problems are meant to be worked on, people are meant to be worked with. The therapy process offers a way to work through your problems while you are partnered with, heard and supported. Many paths can be taken, all intersect with the paths of others. If your path involves grief over the loss of a loved one, relationship, health, home, job, way of life, part of yourself, then I can help. If, along the way, you struggle with ADHD, anxiety, depression, relationship stress, parenting or eldercare, I can equip you with tools and skills to help you cope.
I am trained in Critical Incident Stress Management techniques as well as in the therapeutic use of the Expressive and Creative Arts. I am a presenter at the University of Connecticut where I speak on stress, self-care and resilience and also on death and dying.
I offer a peaceful and spacious setting, believing that the physical space in which we work is as important as the emotional space. I invite you into a time of exploration, commitment, and change - a place where a new path towards the life that you want becomes clear.
