I have spent 25 years working in the mental health field, and during this time, I have gained expertise in helping individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, life challenges, and trauma.
I am a holistic therapist. My speciality is assisting females who are facing various life challenges such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, and Bipolar I and II.
