I am trained in Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Sensorimotor psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems therapy and AEDP, all of which treat trauma and also relieve anxiety, depression and other emotions brought on by life changes. These treatment modalities can gently and often quickly help you overcome the obstacles that prevent you from fully enjoying your life.
I work with adults of all ages and provide both short and long term therapy. Beginning therapy can be a daunting experience and I will be happy to talk with you about your concerns and we can decide if I am the right therapist for you.
